Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We offer standard shipping to all states within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages and Issues

FERECIDES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
