FERECIDES Returns

Our goal is your absolute satisfaction. If your piece doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Garments must be in original condition, including all packaging and tags.

  • Items showing any sign of wear, scent perfume, detergent or marks will not be accepted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
